🍂 A Thanksgiving Reminder From Mother Teresa’s Heart 💛

Hello Beloveds!

As we step into Thanksgiving week, I wanted to share something truly special with you. 🦃✨ While serving at St. Charles Church, I found a handwritten message on a chalkboard—words originally discovered on the wall in Mother Teresa’s Home for Children in Calcutta. These “Do It Anyway” principles touched my heart deeply, and I felt led to pass them along to you. 💖

Here’s a glimpse of that beautiful inspiration:

  • People may be unreasonable — forgive them anyway. 🙏
  • Your kindness may be misunderstood — be kind anyway. 💛
  • Success may bring both friends and enemies — succeed anyway. 🌟
  • Others may deceive — be honest anyway. 🤝
  • What you build may be destroyed — create anyway. 🎨
  • Your joy may stir jealousy — be happy anyway. 😊
  • The good you do may be forgotten — do good anyway. 🌿
  • And in the end, it’s always between you and God — never them anyway. ✝️

This week, as we gather in gratitude, may these words ground us. 🍁
May they remind us that our character, our compassion, and our calling are gifts we give—not because the world always rewards them, but because they reflect who we are and whose we are. ❤️

If you’d like to watch the short video where I read the plaque and share this message directly from St. Charles Church, you can view it here: 🎥✨

Wishing you a week filled with peace, purpose, and thanksgiving. 🕊️🧡
God bless you, and I love you. 🙌💕

Until next time—let us continue to learn, grow, and share together naturally. 🌱

Hello Beloveds! Happy Holidays! As the holiday season settles in, small rituals can make a big difference. One of my favorites this year is a DIY holiday simmer pot (aka Potpourri)—a gentle, natural way to use scent to create warmth and comfort at home. Using fresh orange slices, cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and cranberries, this simple pot of simmering water allows natural aromas to slowly permeate the air. No essential oils required—just ingredients you may already have in your kitchen. This...

Hello Beautiful Souls! Here’s an update to what I mentioned in my last newsletter, where I shared:“This weekend I’ll be out in the community as a vendor for Aromabuds and Blossoms, my aromatherapy business. It feels like perfect alignment, like I’m stepping back into my lane with clarity and purpose. If you’re attending the event, come find me. I’d love to see you, share some scents, and reconnect.” Well… it happened — and it was beautiful. ✨ This week has been a powerful reminder of why...

Hello Beloveds, Happy Wellness Wednesday! This past week and a half have been one of those times where life taps you on the shoulder and says, “Remember why you’re here?” Someone close to me was navigating a challenging MS moment, and it brought me right back to the root of my journey. It reminded me why I ever started exploring natural wellness in the first place. My path really began years ago with Dr. Joel Wallach’s work and Youngevity, long before aromatherapy and herbalism found me. That...
