Reader Dear Beloved, I hope all is well with you... Last week I shared my gratitude and experience of my most recent event, a Masterclass that walked you through 5 key points about how to select and use essential oils. After the event, during my break, I had an opportunity to participate in a webinar that talked about food cravings and the culprits that keep us from losing weight! I'll share the video here for you to watch. You may be thinking, what does that have to do with the use of Aromatherapy? You may be surprised that essential oils can aid you in curbing those cravings. "Say What?!", I know, I thought the very same thing when I first learned this. Why do I bring this up, you ask? Good question. Here in the United States as we enter the season of more commercials or ads about foods enticing us to eat more during seasonal celebrations such as Thanksgiving, etc., many of you might be seeking help with not packing on extra pounds. One such help can come from diffusing essential oils such as Peppermint. It can help with slowing down your appetite by diffusing it before meals, helping you to feel full faster. If you have your eating habits completely under control, KUDOS! But if you are anything like me, I invite natural alternatives to help me maintain my well-being for optimal health. The use of essential oils happens to be a way to help you do just that. Blessings for a wonderful weekend, until next time! Scent-cerely Yours, |
