🌿 Happy March & Social Work Month! 🏡

Happy March Beloveds! 💜

March is here, and with it, we celebrate Social Work Month—a time to recognize the dedication, resilience, and heart that we bring to this field. But let’s be real—this work isn’t for the faint of heart. The climate we’re in? Tough. The challenges ahead? Even tougher. That’s why now, more than ever, we need to pull from within, rethink our approach, and lean on natural ways to protect our well-being while continuing to show up for others.

I know this might seem like an unusual topic if you’re not a social worker, but stick with me—because this isn’t just about policies or systems. It’s about real people, real struggles, and real solutions. Every day, changes to public assistance programs affect families, friends, and communities in ways we don’t always see—until it hits close to home.

In my latest video, “Let’s Talk About Social Work,” we break down the reality behind “Think You Can Out-Smart Section 8 HUD? Think Again! They Are Coming For You!” We’re talking about what’s really happening, sharing experiences, and opening up a discussion that impacts more people than you might think. Maybe you don’t work in social services, but chances are, you know someone who does—or someone who depends on these programs to get by.

I’m sharing this because knowledge is power, and sometimes the conversations we least expect to matter end up being the ones we need the most. So, let’s talk, reflect, and support each other through the changes ahead.

Beyond this topic, my channel has always been a space for practical ways to navigate life’s challenges. I’ve shared how aromatherapy can be a powerful tool for stress relief, mood support, and self-care. From DIYs to expert guests sharing their insights, we’ve explored how simple things—like essential oils—can help us manage anxiety, grief, and daily stress. And honestly? Sometimes, it’s what helps me get through the day.

So, let’s talk. Let’s reflect. And while you’re at it, grab some lavender or citrus oil—because if this conversation tells us anything, it’s that we’re all going to need it. 💜

👉 Just reply to this email with anything that's on your mind—I’d love to hear from you!

Thanks for being part of this journey! 😊

Hello Beloveds! As we step into Thanksgiving week, I wanted to share something truly special with you. 🦃✨ While serving at St. Charles Church, I found a handwritten message on a chalkboard—words originally discovered on the wall in Mother Teresa’s Home for Children in Calcutta. These “Do It Anyway” principles touched my heart deeply, and I felt led to pass them along to you. 💖 Here’s a glimpse of that beautiful inspiration: People may be unreasonable — forgive them anyway. 🙏 Your kindness may...

Hello Beautiful Souls! Here’s an update to what I mentioned in my last newsletter, where I shared:“This weekend I’ll be out in the community as a vendor for Aromabuds and Blossoms, my aromatherapy business. It feels like perfect alignment, like I’m stepping back into my lane with clarity and purpose. If you’re attending the event, come find me. I’d love to see you, share some scents, and reconnect.” Well… it happened — and it was beautiful. ✨ This week has been a powerful reminder of why...

Hello Beloveds, Happy Wellness Wednesday! This past week and a half have been one of those times where life taps you on the shoulder and says, “Remember why you’re here?” Someone close to me was navigating a challenging MS moment, and it brought me right back to the root of my journey. It reminded me why I ever started exploring natural wellness in the first place. My path really began years ago with Dr. Joel Wallach’s work and Youngevity, long before aromatherapy and herbalism found me. That...
