Need encouragement today? Make a decision and become powerful...

Beloved,

It's Friday, Woohoo! I do not know about you but when the week is winding down, so is my energy! I look forward to some quiet time. I also enjoy spending time catching up with family and friends. To get me through the week, I lean on an encouraging Word, daily affirmations, inspirational quotes, and uplifting messages.

I particularly enjoy surrounding myself with reminders of encouragement. One of my favorites is by Dr. Jewel Diamond Taylor, titled: "Success Gems by a Diamond Mind" Here, I am sharing the copy I keep posted on my mirror. I have it there so that I will look at it every day. My favorite part: "Every time you make a decision and take action, that is a point of power. The more decisions and actions you take, the more confidence you will have...Stretch out and do something radically different in your life."

How has this encouraged me? I push beyond my borders and continually see ways to enhance and strengthen my life. Not only for my benefit but those I love and who come across my path. For example, I stretched and took the bold step of launching a YouTube channel despite my introverted nature. I am courageously offering my first Masterclass, and I even dabble entrepreneurially in crafting soaps and earrings, initially just a soothing pastime.

What about you? What dreams and aspirations have you been holding on to, waiting to unfold and challenge your boundaries? Today, my loving intention for you is to start that "thing" you've been yearning to pursue but lacked the courage to attempt.

As Dr. Taylor goes on to state in her message: "Don't be afraid to make mistakes." Surround yourself with people who support you! You know, those that say "Amen" when you say "Yes" to doing the desires that are placed in your heart!

Beloved, I leave you with this, at the end of the day I strongly believe it is better to try than wish you had at the end of your days...

Scent-cerely Yours,

P.S. Mark your calendars!

Hello Beloveds! Happy Holidays! As the holiday season settles in, small rituals can make a big difference. One of my favorites this year is a DIY holiday simmer pot (aka Potpourri)—a gentle, natural way to use scent to create warmth and comfort at home. Using fresh orange slices, cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and cranberries, this simple pot of simmering water allows natural aromas to slowly permeate the air. No essential oils required—just ingredients you may already have in your kitchen. This...

Hello Beloveds! As we step into Thanksgiving week, I wanted to share something truly special with you. 🦃✨ While serving at St. Charles Church, I found a handwritten message on a chalkboard—words originally discovered on the wall in Mother Teresa’s Home for Children in Calcutta. These “Do It Anyway” principles touched my heart deeply, and I felt led to pass them along to you. 💖 Here’s a glimpse of that beautiful inspiration: People may be unreasonable — forgive them anyway. 🙏 Your kindness may...

Hello Beautiful Souls! Here’s an update to what I mentioned in my last newsletter, where I shared:“This weekend I’ll be out in the community as a vendor for Aromabuds and Blossoms, my aromatherapy business. It feels like perfect alignment, like I’m stepping back into my lane with clarity and purpose. If you’re attending the event, come find me. I’d love to see you, share some scents, and reconnect.” Well… it happened — and it was beautiful. ✨ This week has been a powerful reminder of why...
