Traveling? My Favorite Essential Oil Hack to Freshen Any Room Fast!🌿

Hello and Happy (Almost August) Beloved!

Can you believe July is almost over? I hope you’re having a wonderful summer (here in the U.S.)! I know I sure am—I’m taking full advantage of these sunny days and feeling so blessed with some exciting opportunities lately. But you know me… no matter how busy life gets, I always find a way to share my favorite passion with you—essential oils—just like I do over on my YouTube channel! 💛

This month, I filmed a quick 3-minute video showing how I use oils on the go—especially handy for freshening up a musty hotel room or giving your vacation rental that “ahhh, fresh air!” feeling.

And if you’re curious about starting with oils (or just want travel-friendly options), I’m sharing a little kit I’ve been loving lately: the Cliganic 6-Bottle Essential Oil Set. (Full disclosure—affiliate link, but it’s a great way to try different oils without buying big bottles!)

Love,

P.S. What’s your favorite summer scent? Are you a citrusy-fresh fan, a floral lover, or do you prefer the comfort of lavender no matter the season? Hit reply and tell me—I might feature some of your picks next time! 💌

Hello, Happy February & Veg-uary! 🌿💛 In honor of Black History Month and Veguary, I wanted to share a new video—and a gentle conversation around health, food, and listening to our bodies. Now listen… I know talking about food can be a sensitive topic—especially those comfort foods we grew up on and enjoy together during the holidays and celebrations. This is not about taking away traditions, joy, or telling anyone what to eat. That’s not my role. What is my role is to share a little...

Hello Beloveds! Happy Holidays! As the holiday season settles in, small rituals can make a big difference. One of my favorites this year is a DIY holiday simmer pot (aka Potpourri)—a gentle, natural way to use scent to create warmth and comfort at home. Using fresh orange slices, cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and cranberries, this simple pot of simmering water allows natural aromas to slowly permeate the air. No essential oils required—just ingredients you may already have in your kitchen. This...

Hello Beloveds! As we step into Thanksgiving week, I wanted to share something truly special with you. 🦃✨ While serving at St. Charles Church, I found a handwritten message on a chalkboard—words originally discovered on the wall in Mother Teresa’s Home for Children in Calcutta. These “Do It Anyway” principles touched my heart deeply, and I felt led to pass them along to you. 💖 Here’s a glimpse of that beautiful inspiration: People may be unreasonable — forgive them anyway. 🙏 Your kindness may...
